　北朝鮮核実験で国連制裁決議の音頭をとった日本は、率先して北朝鮮経済制裁を発動しました。兵器関連物質だけでなく、金正日体制を支える銀行口座の凍結、諸物質の禁輸が国際合意されたわけです。
　スイス銀行では金正日口座が凍結され、ドイツはベンツを禁輸しました。中国は石油の一部、韓国は米支援を大幅にストップさせました。
　日本は北朝鮮の人と金、物の流れを全面ストップさせる厳しい制裁を発動した、と誰しもが思っていました。
　国民が飢えて死んでいっている国で、核兵器を作って世界を威嚇し、独裁者一派だけが贅沢の限りを尽くしているわけだから、当然、贅沢品の禁輸措置など、真っ先に行っているのだと、思っていました。
